We designed, financed, and built Mi Rialiti on the foundation of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Mi Rialiti was designed as an economic empowering tool to capture people's actual lived experiences in workplaces and communities. Giving them a voice via storytelling to share their realities to solve real-world problems affecting all of us - Ubuntu.
We use a real equity lens into a platform that links human realities with the power of place through qualitative observation and unbound by the limits of the present-day – all in service of living, expanding networked system for social and economic empowerment and change.
Moving towards augmenting ordinary data with the power of place and everyday people's narratives helps transform policies to improve lives.
Mi Rialiti is a unique and uniquely powerful system for capturing the actual lived experiences of people who confront the myriad issues and challenges of navigating a society suffering from extreme income and other inequalities. Users – record their observations, reactions, and reflections to experiences they choose – or are asked – to do. The Mi Rialiti app features include a geographic location-specific photo, audio, video, and text shareable within a secure, HIPAA compliant platform.

Our community has an expression, "We come by this work honestly." Meaning the platform was designed and brought to market by people from historically marginalization realities. From high chairs to rocking chairs, we live a lifetime of exceptional experiences.
Our collective experiences help change agents' track and aim to eradicate the systemic "Bad" and "Ugly" issues plaguing society while replicating "Good" and "Great" conditions that allow individuals to thrive.
We've helped build communities from the ground up as architects, real estate developers, policymakers, philanthropists, and grassroots community-based leaders in dozens of areas ranging from art and culture to food security, climate impact, public health, etc. social determinants.
The Mi Rialiti System captures real people's actual experiences in their own words (written or spoken), photos, and videos. Practitioners then combine these with existing data (income, age, education level, and more) to design and implement better, more realistic solutions to affordable housing, community development, transportation, and other challenges. Over time, practitioners connect with other practitioners in learning from one another and the ever-expanding narratives of real people to produce better and better solutions.

Given the engine's power as both art and science, we provide both programmatic and process support to enterprise users. We work to help you establish the optimal protocol for capturing and integrating the narrative layer of observations with relevant other data sets.
We work with you and your team to identify the conditions under which potential solutions will succeed based on your stakeholders' actual lived experiences. To accomplish this, we sometimes provide the following support:

(2) review materials and or assignments by our data scientists for efficacy;
